Shipping policy

We are currently a made-to-order business and we will not start producing your product until you order it.  For that reason it may take 4-9 business days for you to receive a tracking number.  As soon as your item has been produced we will ship it immediately. 

We are pleased to announce that we have expanded our shipping zones so now offer shipping to the USA, Canada, United Kingdom, New Zealand and Australia therefore, depending on where you live and the time/season of your purchase, our shipping times are quoted by the carrier as taking 4-20 business days.

It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address when you check out so we don't send your purchases to the wrong address!
